"Randy in service was great to talk to and very professional. I was driving all the way up to American Eagle and think they are great as well but the drive is tough. We will not go to HD Grand Prairie due to lack of service and professionalism. Many friends have complained about everything from sales associates there to service issues.(Last biggie: after stating they would not keep a 500.00 deposit and would return it if the deal fell through, they kept it and lost our business for life)(since then, me and my friends have spent over 100,000.00 in the last 6 months at American Eagle, Denton)).
I have helped sell 5 bikes so far through American Eagle but just too far but willing to travel for good service. We want to call Ft Worth HD home since you are close and we had a great experience through the Service Department and a few other times through the parts dept. I have three other friends looking to purchase and I will bring them in on Saturday to demo.
As professionals our self, we believe in the "Customer For Life Philosophy" and customer service and good old fashioned common sense is so important when taking care of current clients and past clients. Randy (Svc Mgr), thanks for convincing us that Ft Worth Harley is the place to be for our HD needs.

"My buddy and I rode out to your dealership this last Saturday. We came in from the North on 35W. I knew 'basically' where you were located but not exactly. I was relieved when I saw your billboard on the South bound side of 35W just North of Loop 820. My relief quickly went away when the billboard did not tell me where to exit! It gives your actual street address but that is almost useless on the highway. Your billboard would be much more uesful to travlers if it had the exit number or exit name (or both) in stead of your street address.
Having owned my own business before and having had used billboards I know that they are not a real inexpensive form of advertising. But, they can really pay for themselves if they lead customers to your location. It is just my suggestion and I thought you might like the input. I would want to get the most from any form of advertising in which I invested; I know you do, too.

" I recently broke down within 1 mile of the hd dealership in grand prairie. I "limped" my bike on over to their shop ,they told me they couldn't get to it,that i couldn't leave it as they had no room and they probably didn't have the part to fix it anyway. So i called Mario at Fort Worth HD,he told me to bring it on over...they had it repaired in about an hour!!!

"Visited the store for the first time on saturday January 27. Looked around for a little bit at all the bikes and had several employees ask if they could help. When i decided to start asking questions, Vince Williams was the one who helped me. He answered all my questions, didn't act like i was wasting his time and went inside for the keys to 2 different bikes that i asked about. We left the store, came back about an hour later and Vince was right there to help us again. I found the bike i liked and filled out paperwork. "Well this was my second Harley in the last year. My first was totaled in a wreck when I was t-boned by a girl not paying attention. So after I healed and the insurance was off and running paying thhe 06 Electra Glide off and contacted Shawn Carpenter again, except this time I never SAW the bike before I purchased it. I was in Boston on a buisness trip and I contacted Shawn over the phone. I told Shawn what I wanted and all the Extras that I wanted. Shawn Ordered the 07 Electra Glide (all quick Detachable)and all the extras that I wanted. Since Shawn knew my taste from the 06, he went to work. When I got home from Boston, I went to Fort Worth Harley to see my 07 Electra Glide being driven in from Austin on the back of the trailer. 4 days later and alot of added extras, I drove my ride away. Shawn Carpenter is the man, and will continue to have my buisness when buying Harleys. I also want to Thank DJ is customer Service for all the Help with the insurance companies while dealing with the accident from the 06. Its worth the drive for me from Denton to come to Fort Worth Harley for this type of SERVICE!!!!
